About Dr. fulgoni and pinnacle Equine SPorts Medicine​

Pinnacle Equine Sports Medicine is a practice centered around improving the comfort and performance of the equine athlete. PESM continues to be a client and patient focused specialty practice providing services related to lameness diagnostics, podiatry, advanced imaging, and non surgical treatment and therapy.

Dr. Caili Fulgoni grew up in the central coast riding horses for fun as well as competitively. Caili graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. After graduating she had the opportunity to work at Virginia Equine Imaging a sports medicine specialty practice in Middleburg, Virginia where she underwent extensive training in lameness diagnosis and treatment as well as in imaging.

Dr. Fulgoni moved back to Hollister in 2014 and started Pinnacle Equine Sports Medicine in 2015. In 2020 We have decided to expand our business in Paso Robles to better serve our clientele.
